MISSOURI HIGHLANDS HEALTH CARE is seeking a Phlebotomist – Non-Exempt to join our team in Missouri. The role involves blood draws, specimen handling, and accurate data entry to support patient care and billing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of phlebotomy and customer service experience, and be organized with BLS certification. Knowledge of HIPAA is essential in this position.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Follows opening and closing procedures per office guidelines.
• Performs blood draws and other specimen collection as needed.
• Greets patients and provides instructions/directions.
• Enter patient updates for billing accuracy.
• Verify and collect insurance information when necessary.
