Sentara Health Plans is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist - Clinical Lab Assistant to work flexi days at the Sentara Careplex West Outpatient Lab in Hampton, VA.

You will perform patient phlebotomy, label and process specimens for testing, register test data, and monitor supply levels, while delivering high-quality patient service.

Required: High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy training preferred; BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

High School Grad or Equivalent is required.
Phlebotomy course preferred.
BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform patient phlebotomy with high level of customer service.
Collect, label and process specimens for testing.
Register and enter test data.
Monitor supply levels.
