Job summary

Freeman Health is seeking a phlebotomist to join our Laboratory team. You will collect blood specimens across the health system, following established procedures to ensure specimen integrity and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy experience, meet CLIA 88 standards, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. The role offers a day shift, 36 hours weekly, with three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

About Us - Laboratory

• Freeman West results over 3.53 million tests a year and issues over 550 units of blood each month

• Other Labs at Freeman include the Cornell Beshore Cancer Institute Lab and Freeman Neosho Laboratory

• Draw stations are located inside Freeman East, the Bentlage Building and the Women’s Pavilion

• There are over 140 employees in the Labs at Freeman and all of them are highly talented and patient-centric individuals

Schedule:

• Full-time | 36 hours per week

• Day shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

• Three 12-hour shifts per week, with an every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation obligation.
