The Talentify client seeks a Phlebotomist for the 1st shift in White Oak, PA. This contract position runs for 5 months, with a pay rate of $17.00–$21.00 per hour, onsite in the Eastern Time Zone. The PSR I role emphasizes safe, accurate blood collection and patient interaction, within a lab setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, providing quality service, and ensuring a professional environment, with potential weekend/holiday on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and professionalism with patients and staff.
