Job summary

The Phlebotomist 1 position at Baylor Scott & White Health is based at our Downtown Dallas laboratory. You will collect and process quality specimens, following BSWH policies, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Shift Day 830am - 5pm; you will perform specimen collection, labeling, transportation, and handling, while maintaining high patient satisfaction. This role requires completing phlebotomy training and the ability to draw from newborn to geriatric patients, working with

• Completed phlebotomy school with at least 4 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Must be able to stick newborn to geriatric patients.

• Responsible for high customer satisfaction through professional and ethical conduct.
• Performs job responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner.
