Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for maintaining laboratory cleanliness, ordering and stocking supplies, and assisting with clerical duties in the laboratory office. Accepts responsibility for own actions, offers and accepts constructive criticism, adheres to attendance policies, clocks in/out on time, and provides coverage as needed. Adjusts to workflow changes, answers phones promptly, and follows policies on phone use. Manages reagents and supplies, maintains safety and cleanliness, assists in phlebotomy, manages STAT collections, and correctly reports and files lab results.

Note: Expectations, ethics, and compliance policies, as well as specific procedures for specimen handling and safety, are integral to this role.

Qualifications Needed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: None required
