Overview

Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Tulsa, OK (Full-Time, Onsite)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, Between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour shifts, depending on location coverage)

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Join Pride Health to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection while floating between multiple Patient Service Center (PSC) and IOP locations around Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Muskogee, and McAlester, OK.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Enter lab orders and process specimens
• Handle low to high volume draws depending on location (approximately 10+ patients)
• Float between IOP and PSC locations as needed
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Work independently or collaboratively with a team, depending on site assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Experience drawing blood from both pediatric and geriatric patients
• Must be comfortable working alone in low-volume settings or with a team at high-volume sites
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• TB test and color vision screening required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is a must (travel to multiple locations)

Preferred Experience

• Drug testing and paternity test collection experience
• Familiarity with both PSC and IOP phlebotomy procedures

This is a contract position with a potential to be converted into a full time role
