Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Branson, MO. This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Branson, MO 65616

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (Central Time)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Base pay range: $24.50/hr - $25.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and safe blood draws from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
• Prepare and process specimens according to established laboratory protocols.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of specimens, including patient signature verification post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collected specimens.
• Deliver excellent customer service while promoting a positive image to patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Cover multiple locations as needed, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy, with minimal notice.
• Demonstrate adherence to all company policies, including safety, dress code, and Everyday Excellence principles.
• Flexible availability to cover weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Participate in training at various locations depending on trainer availability.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
