Overview

Phlebotomist I – Tinton Falls, NJ (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 35 Gilbert Street South, Tinton Falls, NJ 07701

Contract: 6+ months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17–$21/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Tinton Falls Patient Service Center in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
  • Handle forensic and clinical specimen collection
  • Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
  • Create a welcoming environment by explaining procedures and building patient trust
  • Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA)
  • Strong data entry and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability, including possible weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal on-site supervision

Reliable transportation is a must. Training will be conducted onsite.

This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance and experience.
