Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.75/hr

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at St. Petersburg, FL! This is a 5‑month contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33709

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (one weekday off) + Saturday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17 – 19.75 per hour (based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
  • Create and maintain a safe, professional, and clean environment.
  • Collect blood specimens skillfully and safely from patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
  • Accurately maintain documentation, records, and specimen labeling.
  • Build patient trust by clearly explaining procedures and providing compassionate care.
  • Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
  • Promote a positive image of Quest Diagnostics to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
