Work Environment

The position involves working across multiple locations in the Riverside region, including Murrieta and Moreno Valley. The role requires flexibility in shifts, with potential split shifts (4 hours/4 hours) and a minimum of 30 hours per week after the training period. Training will occur on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, at a single location for the initial weeks. The dress code is scrubs, and the work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The candidate must be open to working weekends and holidays, with efforts made to provide every other weekend off. The role is per diem/on‑call, with a focus on maintaining flexibility and adaptability in scheduling.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
