Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Collect urine specimens and provide collection instructions.
• Follow specimen labeling and handling procedures.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy/medical assistant program with clinicals or previous phlebotomy experience
• Certification from nationally recognized agency. Accepted agencies and certifications include, but are not limited to:
