Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.What to ExpectBase Pay:$18.64 - $19.69 / Hour based on experienceStart Date:September 14thBargaining Unit:SEIU Healthcare (Union)Training Information:Training for this role lasts approximately 12 weeks and is based out of our Greentree location.Weeks 1–2: Classroom and hands-on training with a trainer, including travel to various Donation Centers and mobile sites.Weeks 3–4: Field experience alongside a preceptor on mobile drives and at site locations.Weeks 5–12: Continued training in specific skilled areas could include Phlebotomy, Medical Interview, Alyx, and Trima (approximately 4 weeks per area).After successfully completing training and final assessments at Greentree, team members may continue to travel to various fixed and mobile site locations as part of their regular schedule.Schedule After Training: This is a full‑time role with variable hours scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.
