Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our Pembroke, MA team. You will obtain quality blood samples, ensure correct patient identification, label and transport specimens, and maintain HIPAA compliance in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifikationen

Essential Functions

• Obtains quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods for all age groups.
• Ensures accurate patient identification, quality specimen labeling, processing, handling, and transportation ofspecimens.
• Communicates effectively with patients and patient care teams, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handles sharps and biohazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
• Works fluently with computer programs and systems, and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Performs other test administration and specimen collection as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Includes rotating Saturdays in our Weymouth location (1/2 day every 4-6 weeks) with flexibility.
