We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for growth within the organization will be available to you.

Phlebotomists may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, which offers quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; additional days and hours may be required.

Work Location: Omaha, NE 68111

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20+ hours/week are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurately and promptly enter patient data
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when required

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a color blindness test
