Job summary

Duly Health & Care is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team in Glen Ellyn, IL. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture, prepare specimens for testing, and maintain patient logs while traveling to additional sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prefers National Phlebotomy Certification, and will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or qualified to sit for phlebotomy certification exam preferred.
• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist OR an equivalent combination of graduation from a certified phlebotomy school plus healthcare experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, scheduled 8 hours vary between 7:00am-6:00pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

Education

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $17.65-26.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
