PAM Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories LLC is hiring a Phlebotomist for their Monroe, WA location. The role involves performing blood collections, managing specimens, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Phlebotomist – PAML (Labcorp) – Monroe, WA
Job Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed.
Pay Range: $22.30–$27.41 per hour.
Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, or Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all of the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
