Phlebotomist – We Train

Our ideal phlebotomist is patient, reliable, and truly committed to keeping our donors comfortable and happy.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
2. Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while maintaining donor confidentiality.
3. Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
4. Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
5. Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
6. Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
