Job summary

North Memorial Health in Minneapolis is seeking a phlebotomy associate to perform blood specimen collection across hospital settings. You will ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens while supporting patients of all ages, including infants and adults.

The position is on-site with night shifts, 40 hours per two-week pay period. Benefits include health insurance, retirement match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

About This Position

Performs blood specimen collection. Performs responsibilities with consideration for customers who may include: infants, children, adolescents, adults or geriatrics.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)required.
• Successful completion of an accredited program in phlebotomy training or medical assistant program preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of one year experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities.

Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
