$19.40/hr - $21.30/hr

Location: 1650 County Services Pkwy SW, Marietta, GA 30008

Contract- 3+months

Schedule:

  • Mon: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tue: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Wed–Fri: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Every other Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $19.40/hr- $21.30/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Marietta Patient Service Center in Marietta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw high-quality blood samples from patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics

• Verify patient identity and ensure labeling accuracy post-venipuncture

• Prepare specimens for lab testing following all protocols and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence in a fast-paced setting

• Travel to and cover various PSC/IOP locations as needed with minimal notice

• Support recordkeeping, documentation, and EMR data entry

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

• Experience in a Patient Service Center (PSC) environment preferred

• Must demonstrate superior customer service and multitasking in a high-volume environment

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required (no rideshare/public transport)

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of the work location

• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

• Training locations may vary based on trainer availability

This is a contract position. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness will result in termination. Please verify commute time prior to applying.
