Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to join our frontline team. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare specimens, and ensure correct labeling and test ordering while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care, communicating clearly with staff, and upholding privacy and PHI safeguards in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.

Days: Varies
Hours: 8am-5pm
Part-time: Partial Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will:

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
