Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to support a Lawndale, NC medical facility. This contract role offers 3+ months with potential extension and a pay range of $17–$19 per hour.

Responsibilities include accurate phlebotomy across pediatric and geriatric patients, working independently with minimal supervision, and flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, and multiple locations. Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Qualifications

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Lawndale, NC. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Lawndale, NC

Schedule: 1st shift on – Fri. 8am-5pm

Pay Range/Salary Range: $17 - $19

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Job Description:

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office
• Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
• Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.

Work Experience:

• THREE years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
