Phlebotomist – We Train

Pay scale: $19.67-25.13/hour, depending on training, education, and experience. This position is eligible for participation in up to 5% of the company bonus pool. Our ideal phlebotomist is patient, reliable, and dedicated to ensuring our donors are comfortable and satisfied.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in determining donor suitability
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall satisfaction and confidentiality
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
• Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment properly
