We are seeking a phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center or client office. You will provide excellent customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company positively. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
• Experience as a phlebotomist
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a color blindness test

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages
• Collect specimens for various tests (drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.)
• Accurately enter patient data
• Process billing and collect payments when necessary
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Travel to additional sites as required

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO or FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Part-time employees working less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) plan only. PSTs may participate in the Incentive Plan with quarterly bonuses based on performance.
