Join Our Team as a Phlebotomist at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team. We are a physician-led, team member-owned multi-specialty care group with over 250 providers and 900 staff members, headquartered in Johnson City, TN, with 35 locations across upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of our patients and staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, arterial, and capillary punctures on patients.
• Conduct designated laboratory testing.
• Assist in donor care before, during, and after donation.
• Instruct patients on urine collection procedures and accurately label specimens.
• Clean and sterilize equipment, instruments, and work area.
• Manage inventory supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Enter patient data accurately and efficiently.
• Follow organizational, departmental, and governmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy diploma program.

Experience

Minimum of one year of phlebotomist experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Phlebotomy Certification.
