CSL Plasma in Fort Smith, AR seeks a plasma collection technician to perform pheresis and donor care following SOPs and FDA guidelines. The role includes donor setup, monitoring, venipuncture, data entry, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
You will educate donors, monitor for reactions, document incidents with the PDA, and support center operations through proper equipment maintenance and risk management. A high school diploma is required with phlebotomy experience preferred.
Responsible for the efficient and effective collection of plasma from donors by performingvenipuncture, monitoring the pheresis process and following Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).
Internal CSL Employees Applicants must have successfully completed the CSL Plasma DST training.External candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist; one year of experience is preferable.Minimum twelve (12) months of experience in a medical or health care environmentpreferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
