CSL Plasma in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a phlebotomist to collect plasma via pheresis, monitor donors, and perform venipuncture per SOPs. You will ensure donor safety, follow FDA guidelines, and document donor data using the PDA and center systems.
Responsibilities include donor setup, monitoring, and agreement to maintain a positive donor experience. Experience in healthcare environments is preferred and bilingual abilities may be required depending on center needs.
Responsible for the efficient and effective collection of plasma from donors by performingvenipuncture, monitoring the pheresis process and following Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).
Internal CSL Employees Applicants must have successfully completed the CSL Plasma DST training.External candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist; one year of experience is preferable.Minimum twelve (12) months of experience in a medical or health care environmentpreferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
