Talentify is seeking a reliable Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Culver City or Manhattan Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong venipuncture skills and a commitment to providing a positive patient experience.

Position is contract-to-hire, onsite in Culver City or Manhattan Beach, CA, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and flexible scheduling options. We welcome candidates with phlebotomy experience and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection procedures and specimen handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
