Join Labcorp as a Phlebotomist in Chattanooga, TN

Position Overview: We are seeking a Phlebotomist to perform specimen collection and provide excellent customer service at a client office. This role offers opportunities for growth within the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for various tests including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Accurately enter patient data and handle billing and payments when necessary
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
• Perform administrative duties as needed and travel to additional sites if required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• Experience in phlebotomy and customer service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a color blindness test

Eligible PSTs may participate in the PST Incentive Plan, offering quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
