Job summary

American Health Associates is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to cover the Boardman, Ohio area on a part-time basis. You will visit patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, collecting blood specimens with venipuncture expertise while ensuring accurate labeling and safe transport.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy certification and at least one year of experience, with strong customer service and the ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and minimum age 21.
• Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting.
• Home Draws: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
