Raleigh General Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will collect blood specimens, label and process samples, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and supplies to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• An approved nationally accredited training course in Phlebotomy preferred.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Certification from ASCP or NHA preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred; An approved nationally accredited training course in Phlebotomy Preferred
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Experience: One year of experience preferred.
• Licenses: Certification from ASCP or NHA Preferred
• Required Skills: Familiarity with organization and functions of each hospital department Leadership ability, integrity, and initiative required. Ability to solve problems effectively and handle stress in a positive manner. Maintain harmonious relationships with nursing personnel, medical staff, hospital administration, and all hospital department.
