Position Details:

• Location: Barberton campus
• Employment Type: PRN / As Needed

Summary: Performs procedures involving blood collection, specimen handling, and limited technical functions to assist laboratory technologists.

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma or GED

Experience & Training:

• At least 1 year of previous phlebotomy experience or completion of a formal training program
• Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Ability to travel between locations

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations, respecting their dignity
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask

Physical Demands:

• Medium exertion: lifting 20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently

Salary: $18.13/hr - $21.75/hr, based on experience and location. We value pay equity and internal fairness.
