Job Details: After completing our paid training program, you'll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process, including screening and drawing their blood, while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! Your work will always directly impact people's lives in our community. Specific duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Pay and Hours

• Competitive pay
• Full-time positions available
• Hours between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm, rotating weekends

Requirements and Skills Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Experience as EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. is a plus
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of people in a changing environment
• Teachable, reliable, and precise
• Follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations
