• Ability to demonstrate use of technology and LMS to facilitate teaching, learning, assessment and communication.
• Commitment to student engagement in online teaching with consistent communication and virtual support.
• Must have technology access to teach remotely and teach in various modalities including virtually.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional development in virtual education and complete Growing with Canvas and TOPS 2.2 prior to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach Philosophy courses in a classroom environment for students with diverse backgrounds.
• Teach on-ground at Clifton Forge Campus with potential remote/virtual delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned and may assist in emergencies as needed.
