Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Experience with building in Philadelphia, familiarity with city ordinances, RCO’s and L&I.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise daily construction operations and management of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Track construction progress and resolve issues to maintain project schedule.
