You will manage subcontractors and ensure project compliance, documenting all phases from pre-construction through close-out. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with 5-10+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools. This is a mid-senior level full-time position offering a competitive salary between $100k and $120k per year.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in glazing or façade contracting with successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and oversee installation of curtain walls, storefronts, etc.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and manage change orders.
• Maintain project documentation: reports, meeting minutes, QA/QC logs.
• Interface with client, GC, architect for progress updates and design changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive project close-out and client handover.
