Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a relationship-focused role, preferably in individual philanthropy or major gift fundraising.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic and creative thinking, with initiative and follow-through.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Superior written and verbal communication, including composing correspondence and publicity materials and graphic design.
• Strong analytic and strategic-thinking skills, translating plans into goals and concrete strategies.
• Strong data management and MS Office and membership database skills.
