Catalyst Mobility, a mission-driven organization accelerating decarbonization in transportation, seeks a Manager of Operations & Research to anchor philanthropy systems, budgeting, data management, and prospect intelligence. You will support growth, improve decision-making, and ensure scalable fundraising operations across teams.

The role partners with senior managers to forecast revenue, manage CRM, and deliver actionable insights, aligning resources with strategic priorities and program

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising operations, grant management, nonprofit administration, business operations, prospect research, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain philanthropy revenue forecasts, pipeline projections, and fundraising performance models.
• Coordinate grant budgeting and philanthropic financial planning processes.
• Manage philanthropy CRM systems and related reporting tools; ensure data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership; monitor portfolio health and revenue risks.
• Identify prospective funding opportunities and build a robust donor pipeline.
