Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with nonprofit, education, or public service experience.
• 5–7 years of donor relations, major gifts, and event planning experience required.
• Track record of increasing revenue through cultivation and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive philanthropy program including annual giving, major gifts, grants, and events.
• Develop and manage annual philanthropy plan and department budget with leadership.
• Maintain donor portfolio and manage donor cycle from identification to stewardship.
• Build relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners.
• Oversee grant program, reporting, and compliance; supervise staff.
