Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Manager, Philanthropy Communications to conceive and manage external and internal strategies supporting philanthropy and CSR initiatives in the U.S. and globally.

You will collaborate with the philanthropy team across the enterprise to promote education, health and wellness, sustainability, and community impact. This role is based at our West Los Angeles office with a hybrid schedule; travel to California's Central Valley up to 20% and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or related field.
• 5-7 years in communications/public relations or philanthropy preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with AP style proficiency.
• Experience in nonprofit/philanthropy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic communications plans to raise visibility of The Wonderful Company’s philanthropy globally.
• Liaise with Wonderful’s philanthropy team; drive internal awareness of initiatives like Wonderful Neighbor and Wonderful Giving.
• Produce press releases, remarks, presentations, talking points, and other assets.
• Manage content for csr.wonderful.com and the CSR Field Guide.
• Identify earned media opportunities and engage top-tier media outlets.
• Coordinate executive appearances at conferences and panels.
