The Cincinnati Art Museum offers a part-time Philanthropy Communications Internship for spring 2027 (12 weeks, February–May). Expect 20–25 hours per week, learning donor communications, storytelling, and event support within the Philanthropy and Marketing teams.

You will record and edit video, craft email campaigns in WordFly, and collaborate on donor engagement efforts while developing professional communication skills in arts administration.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism, media, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Self-starter with strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people
• Creative and team-oriented
• Receptive to constructive feedback
• Proficient in video and audio editing using Capcut, Clipchamp, and equivalent apps
• Interest in arts administration, fundraising, journalism and media

Responsabilités

• Record and edit video and audio footage
• Operate camera and audio recording equipment
• Develop interview prompts and conduct interviews
• Write copy and build email invitations in Wordfly
• Assist with donor and member events as needed
• Collaborate with philanthropy team members and other CAM staff across departments
• Other duties as assigned.
