Qualifications

• Enrolled in college with a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate.
• Able to learn quickly, follow directions, and work to deadlines.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of presentations and marketing materials.
• Coordinate Turner Foundation grant recipients communications.
• Support internal and external philanthropy communications and activities.
• Assist with Turner Foundation marketing activities.
• Graphic production and content development for marketing, digital asset management, and social media.
• Maintain brand standards across materials.
• Maintain professionalism with employees, clients, and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
