Coordinates and implements processes to ensure effective and accurate record keeping for donors, church relations and fundraising special events. Responsible for administration, documentation, and recording of annual giving funds, grant funds, and endowment/estate gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations including church-related and special events gifts ensuring agency follows donor's intent. Ensures money and checks are deposited daily. Performs assigned tasks to assist and support all other department functions. Provides assistance and support to the CEO, Senior Director of Philanthropy and Church Relations and all Philanthropy Directors.
High school diploma or equivalent. Three years administrative support experience, preferably in a philanthropy office.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
