Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in retail leadership or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure district compliance with all company policies and standards.
• Visit all stores within the district on a planned schedule and review performance.
• Monitor sales, payroll, and control costs to meet company goals.
• Review P&L statements monthly with Store Managers.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and ensure safety and store appearance.
