Suterra in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to produce pheromone-based pest control products on multiple production lines, following safety procedures and reporting to the Area Supervisor.

You will operate machinery, maintain logs, ensure cleanliness, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday shifts, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training may substitute educational requirements.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, team lifts up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Operates production machinery in accordance with specifications.
• Produces the required quantity of machine output within established specifications and tolerances.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Works effectively with others.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
