Job summary

CAE Simuflite is seeking an Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training across Initial, Recurrent, and specialty courses. You will develop lessons, set up training sessions, and maintain documentation to meet CAE x SIMCOM standards.

Ideal candidates hold an ATP with a PIC type rating, have 3,000+ flight hours, and demonstrate strong teaching and communication skills. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3,000+ total flight hours required.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground school and simulator training per CAE x SIMCOM standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and required documentation.
• Schedule and conduct sessions, evaluate progress, and provide feedback.
• Travel to client sites as needed for training sessions.
