The Department of Pediatrics of Wake Forest School of Medicine invites you to consider a unique academic and clinical care opportunity to join our growing Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics Section. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our full-time faculty in beautiful Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Successful applicants for this position will conduct full psychological evaluations including developmental and autism spectrum disorder testing, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and program development as we seek to establish an Autism Center of Excellence. Applicants with experience providing therapeutic interventions are also given the opportunity to provide intervention services to our patients. Faculty members have expectations for teaching and/or clinical research.

The Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics section is part of the Department of Pediatrics and consists of (3) Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians, (4) Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, (1) Psychiatric Physician Assistant, (3) Pediatric Psychologists, (1) Staff Psychologist, (1) LCSW, and a Nurse Navigator all working closely with support staff. Psychology faculty conduct evaluations with patients referred with neurodevelopmental concerns including, but not limited to, Autism and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and provide therapy services including Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and PEERS.
