Qualifications

• PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program.
• Licensed LMFT or license-eligible in Kentucky.
• AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate.
• Evidence of sustained research with peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Proven teaching, course development, and doctoral program management in a Christian academic environment.
• Ability to administer a complex, advanced MFT doctoral program and mentor dissertations.
• Strong word processing, oral and written communication, and learning-technology skills.
• Ability to work collegially in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the new PhD MFT curriculum.
• Prepare documentation for COAMFTE (Doctoral) accreditation.
• Recruit, advise, and mentor PhD students through coursework and dissertation research.
• Produce reports and track doctoral student outcomes.
• Collaborate on new student orientation and program manuals.
• Lead faculty in updating program manuals and procedures.
• Build an Advisory Council and coordinate annual meetings.
• Work with the Dean and Clinic Director to ensure clinical supervision opportunities.
• Prepare annual goals and assess outcomes.
