Qualifications

• Pursuing a Ph.D. in a STEM field with relevant coursework or research.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processing fundamentals (lithography, etching, polishing, deposition).
• Experience with SEM or TEM characterization from coursework or research.
• Familiarity with statistical data analysis and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of manufacturing processes for a module.
• Sustain and improve equipment performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist qualification activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize process control.
• Apply statistical methods to improve reliability and throughput.
