You will work with experts in R&D, ISC, M&E, IS, and EHS&S to tackle open-ended problems in data science, chemistry, and process optimization. Ideal candidates bring expertise in data science, analytics, and engineering disciplines, plus a strong safety mindset and drive to deliver business value through innovative technology and collaboration

Qualifications

• PhD candidate currently enrolled in a degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or related disciplines.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale) in graduate studies.

Responsibilities

• Solve diverse, open-ended problems with the goal of accelerating Dow's digital evolution and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional domain experts to advance product, process and software research.
• Contribute to projects spanning synthesis, modeling, planning, sustainability, and supply chain optimization.
